We perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments according to the ASTM E 1527-05 Standard at a competitive price and timeframe. We also do limited Phase II assessments, including workplans and field sampling.

Dr. Graening has 11 years of experience in environmental assessment and research, and has authored numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, CERCLA preliminary assessments, and constraints analyses for a variety of clients, including the US Army Corps of Engineers, McClellan Park LLC, the City of West Sacramento, and the County of Amador.

This program-level Phase I ESA covered fifty-six parcels totaling 618 acres, and assessed environmental conditions for title transfer for a proposed housing development and City annexation. This report was also used for CEQA compliance.
